Triage


Point of entry for all clients:

  • Assesses service needs through the completion of a comprehensive assessment
  • Assists clients with short-term service needs
  • Allows for clients to stay connected to the agency in the event that their needs change
  • Allows for clients to stay connected to the agency in the event that their needs change.
  • Can provide referrals and information on resources available in the community (fuel assistance, food stamps, Mass Health, etc.)
